When registering for Halophiles 2010, do NOT attach payment with initial registration submission.

After registering for Halophiles 2010, delegates will receive confirmation of receipt of registration together with an invoice for fees payable.

Payment can be made by bank draft, bank transfer or credit card. Receipts of payment will be e-mailed to delegates.

P.S. According to Bank of China regulations, there is handling charge of 8‰ calculated on the total amount for each draft; the cost should be absorbed by the registrant. So, if the payment is made by bank draft, 8‰ of the total amount of your payment more should be made on the draft. The draft should be sent before April 30, 2010.

P.S. P.S. Obligation by the Bank of China, there will be 4% service charges calculated on the total amount paid, and it is billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to fluctuation in exchange rates.

Refund Policy and Cancellation Charge

Registration cancellations made before May 30, 2010 will be charged an administration fee of CNY 350. After this date, no refunds will be made. However substitutes are welcome at any time without penalty.

Please note that a written notification of cancellation from attendees must be received and confirmed by the conference secretariat before a refund can be issued, all refunds will be made after the conference, and all bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount

Accommodation cancellations must be notified separately to your accommodation provider.
