1. In order to take advantage of the block booking reservation, please complete the Accommodation Reservation Form and send to: chyan before June 15, 2010.
2. The conference rate may be offered three days before and three days after the conference dates if rooms are available. They include breakfast and 15% service charges. Extras such as IDD and DDD calls, laundry, mini-bars, etc. are not included.
3. Payment should be made to the hotels directly when you check in.
4. The Secretariat will not be responsible for room sharing arrangement.
5. The Secretariat will make reservations according to the check-in and check-out dates indicated on your Hotel Reservation Form. If you wish to change, please inform the Secretariat in time.
